Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind our products 100% and each has been carefully inspected by us. However, we're aware that in the real world issues do occur, and we will strive to provide a solution whenever one is needed. We recognize that we couldn't be in business without our customers, and our job is to make sure you're satisfied with your shopping experience.

Should you need to return or exchange an item, please click the “Request an RMA” button. Please follow the on-screen instructions. Click “Submit Request”.

We will email you with return instructions. Returns without RMA’s will not be honored.





Please be advised:
• Requests for exchange or refund must be placed within 30 days of receipt.
• Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
• Return of non-defective or wrongly purchased items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Buyers are responsible for paying the shipping & handling charges for returns/exchanges.
• Product must be returned in its original package, along with any accessories the item came with.
• Returns on garments and personal items such as hair and skin care products are only acceptable for return if they are unused in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of use. The product is subject to final inspection before the return is processed.




Returns & RMA FAQ

Is it mandatory to have an RMA number in order to return a product to shophde.com?

Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the applicable Return Policy period. HDE will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Customers should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

How do I acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)?

Please email us at support@shophde.com to obtain an RMA number. Please include your order number, a detailed explanation of the product issue, and if you are in need of a replacement or refund.

RMA processing time may vary depending on the product and reason for the return but general processing time is 5-7 business days once the RMA is received and meet all the following criteria:

1. Return with RMA number clearly identified in shipping label or on package.
2. Return with all original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents, and packaging.
3. No physical damage caused by customer or by carrier.

Does HDE pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise?

No, HDE does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. HDE will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly and without hassle.
