Shipping:• Currently, we ship to US ONLY.• All orders ship from Pennsylvania, USA unless specified otherwise • Orders normally ship within 1 business day after payment is received. • Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or non-deliverable addresses. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing. • The shipping rates below may not be applicable to wholesale purchases Shipping Rates:US Shipping Options: Free Shipping on orders applies only to US Standard shipping method.
Sales Tax:Please note: Pennsylvania's 6% sales tax will only be charged to orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses. The total order amount, including shipping, will be taxed this amount.
Returns:Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request for an exchange, replacement, or refund within 30 days of receiving the order. Return restrictions are detailed below. If you wish to receive a refund due to buyer's remorse or return a fully functional item for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total. All shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Buyers will be responsible for any shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges. Items returned or exchanged, must be in NEW, unworn, unsoiled and sell-able condition and in their original packaging. The item is subject to final inspection before your return is processed. For any returns or exchanges, please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please allow up to 7 business days for exchanges & returns to be processed.
