Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add items to your bag, then go to checkout using the bag icon at the top right. Choose a shipping method, enter your payment and address details, review the order and confirm. See Ordering & Shipping for the full walkthrough.
What payment methods do you accept?
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept COD payments and we do not offer terms.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Pennsylvania's 6% sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses. The total order amount, including shipping, is taxed at that rate.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
The United States only. All orders ship from Pennsylvania, USA unless stated otherwise on the product page.
When will my order ship?
Orders normally ship within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping applies to the US Standard shipping method. Other methods are charged at the rates shown at checkout. Full details on the Shipping & Return Policy page.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
No. Once an order goes into processing we cannot change the address, so please check it carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses.
Returns and exchanges
How long do I have to return something?
You may request an exchange, replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
What condition do returns need to be in?
New, unworn, unsoiled, sellable condition and in the original packaging. Every return is inspected before it is processed.
Are there any fees?
Returns for buyer's remorse carry a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund, and original shipping and handling charges are not refunded. You are responsible for return and exchange shipping. See the Return Policy for the exceptions.
How do I start a return?
Contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending anything back. Allow up to 7 business days for returns and exchanges to be processed.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Check the size chart photo on the individual product page first — it is specific to that item. The general charts on our Size Chart page are a starting point only.
Is plus size just a scaled-up regular size?
No. Our plus size range, 1X to 4X, is cut on its own block rather than graded up from a regular size. We wrote about why in Plus Size Is Its Own Line at ShopHDE, Not a Size-Up.
How do I size a dog coat?
Measure back length, chest girth and neck girth with your dog standing, then read the chart on the product page. Our dog raincoat size chart explains each measurement.

Are these the same items sold on Amazon?

Do your bottoms and dresses have real pockets?
Roughly a third of the range does, and the product page says so where they exist. It is the question we get most often, so we wrote Dresses and Skorts With Real Pockets.
